My name is Alena and I am a Career Counsellor and Coach.
I specialise in individual career coaching, most often working with queries related to finding a mission, switching to a new industry, professional burnout and achieving a work-life balance.
When working with me, clients gain confidence in their career path and achieve results they could only dream of.
I work with people of different professional and age groups, and most often I am approached by representatives of the IT industry. What sets me apart from other career coaches is that I understand the IT industry inside out.
My value lies in providing a safe and non-judgmental environment regardless of the format, as I work both online and offline. With me, clients can freely discuss their professional challenges, discover their hidden potential and develop a career strategy.
In addition to career coaching, I can conduct a session as a career counsellor and provide professional assistance with interview preparation, job strategy plans and labour market audits.
